Prepare To Push™

taught by Kim Vopni

Course Description

You're pregnant!

Congratulations, mama-to-be! 🎉

It's super exciting... and, well, kinda nerve-wracking!

Right now you're...

  • Worried about giving birth. Baby keeps growing, and it has to fit... where? (Ouch!).
  • Hoping that stuff about tears is really the plot of a horror movie and not something that actually happens...
  • Wondering what exercises you can do, when. What's safe - for you and baby?
  • Crossing your fingers that you'll get your abs back after birth. What's the secret?

You need to

Prepare to Push!

Bellies Inc. is proud to be a licensee for the Prepare To Push™ program created by Kim Vopni of Pelvienne Wellnes Inc. (who is also a founder of Bellies Inc.).

The Real Deal

What makes a better birth... and recovery?

A better pregnancy!

Pregnancy is amazing (you're building a whole other human!) but we TOTALLY get it's not a walk in the park.

You want the real information to help you prepare for birth and beyond.

Sure, it's nice to paint everything 'pregnancy' in shades of soft pink and blue, but in reality, it's not helping anyone. You need the straight goods. We've got them!

Prepare to Push will help you have a healthy, safe pregnancy so you're in a good position for birth and recovery. Because the best birth story starts when you're pregnant!

You'll learn...

  • The exercises to start practicing now for a faster, smoother birth
  • How to position yourself in the 1st and 2nd stages of labour (it's not what you expect!)
  • The one exercise that will really get your abs back
  • How to prevent the dreaded Mummy Tummy

... and much more!

FAQs

"What if I've already taken a prenatal class already?"

Yep, we hear that all the time and that's great!

Those classes have a lot of info but most of them do not cover the pelvic floor and abdomen in detail - if at all.

Trust us, your vagina and abdomen will thank you!

"I'm fit so I think I'll bounce back. Is this still helpful?"

Being fit definitely plays a role in a healthy pregnancy - but not all fitness is created equal, and NOT all fit bodies bounce back.

Fit, and fit for birth, are 2 different things.

This course helps you prepare your body for birth and also walks you through the recovery phase which is just as, if not more, important.

"What if I've already had a baby?"

Many second and third-time moms take this course and the most common thing we hear is, 'I wish I had known about this my first time!'

Many women don't have the birth experience they were hoping for the first time around. They want a different story this time around.

Whether this is your first or 5th pregnancy, the information is vital to your long-term core and pelvic health.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist who works a lot with perinatal clients. I am also currently pregnant with my second child. I found this course to be a great refresher for exercises and stretches to do during pregnancy. I loved all the modifications which you don't always think of or even learn about in our RMT training. I also liked the postpartum recovery sections. I wish I had discovered this course when I was pregnant the first time. With this information I will be able to apply it to my own pregnancy/postpartum recovery and help my clients through theirs as well. Online version is great as you can read and watch the videos whenever you have some time.
