FAQ

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

You have as long as you like. With forever access and no time limit, you can learn at your own pace and review what you've learned anytime.

  • Is this the only prenatal class I need?

Most use this as a supplement to their prenatal education. We've covered information and exercise that is not covered in other courses or classes. This course takes a deep look at the core and pelvic floor which is often neglected in other programs. It is worth the investment and may say they learned more in Prepare To Push™ then they did in their other classes.

  • I am having a home birth, is the information still applicable?

The information in Prepare To Push™ is applicable to home or hospital births. We are big fans of doulas and midwives and find they are very supportive of the information and practices contained in the program. For those who are using a doctor, others have found that it gave them confidence and courage to birth on their own terms and be truly informed while navigating birth in hospitals with doctors.

This course took the fear away from natural delivery

by Mimi Le

Prepare to push was super informative and gave me tons of exercises and tips to follow. I loved all the different labour positions possible and I found the information made a lot of sense. I was really scared to deliver naturally but now I feel more prepared and the fear has lessened. I think anyone who wants to have a natural delivery should take this course!

I am a Registered Massage Therapist who works a lot with perinatal clients. I am also currently pregnant with my second child. I found this course to be a great refresher for exercises and stretches to do during pregnancy. I loved all the modifications which you don't always think of or even learn about in our RMT training. I also liked the postpartum recovery sections. I wish I had discovered this course when I was pregnant the first time. With this information I will be able to apply it to my own pregnancy/postpartum recovery and help my clients through theirs as well. Online version is great as you can read and watch the videos whenever you have some time.
